“We Can Do QA After Rollout…Right?”

Everyone knows software testing and quality assurance (QA) is important. QA helps identify issues and track problems at all project stages.

In other words, Quality Assurance helps keep your customers from becoming your testers!

Yet somehow, we usually realize this shortly after we ship when defect reports start stacking up. Bugs we forgot about. Issues we didn’t know about. Potential problems lost between shifting priorities and deadlines.

We’ve all been there.
